Michele Chapman is a Registered Massage Therapist with 22 years of experience and a deep curiosity about how the body works, adapts and compensates.
She does not assume that the place that hurts is always where the problem begins. Her treatments are individualized and often include movement, observation and a lot of good questions.
Michele’s approach is practical, thoughtful and grounded. She believes effective treatment does not always mean more pressure. Sometimes the body responds better when we stop trying to force it and start paying attention to what it is telling us.
She enjoys helping clients make sense of what they are feeling in plain language, without making the body seem mysterious or overly complicated.
Her years of experience have deepened her curiosity rather than replaced it. She continues to learn through study, observation and the people she treats.
Michele is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with additional training in functional movement and an ongoing interest in anatomy, fascia, movement and the nervous system.
Curious by nature, direct when needed and always human, Michele brings experience, warmth and, at times, a bit of humour into the treatment room.
